Mary has just completed a total interior redesign of our four bedroom 19th century brick and flint cottage. As a recently retired couple you can imagine it was with some trepidation we embarked on this project, as it was to be our first experience of handing over decision making and execution to someone else. Understandably in a project of this size snags will, and did, arise but Mary took all of this in her stride and everything has been completed to our total satisfaction - Mary is certainly not prepared to accept second best on behalf of her clients. A definite and crucial added bonus was Mary's very friendly, approachable and professional manner right from the initial phone call, through the meetings, presentation, subsequent discussions and emails to the final sign off.
